Notes & Reminders is a straightforward application designed for effective note-taking and reminder management. It serves as a tool for organizing and safeguarding your thoughts and ideas seamlessly.

The application boasts a user-friendly interface, particularly suitable for one-handed operation. Key controls are conveniently positioned at the bottom of the screen, while the list of notes begins mid-screen, ensuring easy accessibility. The main menu is also accessible from the bottom, accompanied by a search bar situated in a similar location.

<li>Set repeat reminders for daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly intervals.</li>
<li>The Next Date feature allows reminders with snooze functionality to be shifted to the following date.</li>

<li>Robust data encryption is ensured through the AES-256 algorithm.</li>

<li>An upcoming event feature provides silent reminders one hour prior to scheduled events.</li>
<li>Clicking on a date reveals how long it has been since editing notes or how much time remains before an event.</li>
<li>Edit functionalities include undo and redo options for entered text.</li>
<li>The application includes spellchecking support.</li>
<li>Sort notes by criteria such as editing date, creation date, or title.</li>
<li>Select your preferred start screen: notes, reminders, or your last accessed screen.</li>
<li>Customization options range from light and dark themes to accent colors, compact views, multi-column lists, and adjustable font sizes.</li>
<li>Designed with Material Design principles in mind.</li>
<li>Automatic backups are created for data security and can be stored on Google Drive.</li>
<li>Tooltips are provided for all buttons when held down for an extended duration.</li>
